EFC recently established the Sustainability Empowering Advisory Board, aimed at further strengthening the EFC’s impact in the field of sustainability and improving global sustainable development consulting and technology services.

近日，环一成立可持续发展赋能委员会，旨在加强公司在可持续发展领域的影响力，进一步推动全球化可持续发展咨询与技术服务。

We are thrilled to announce that Henry Zhuang has been appointed as a member of the EFC Sustainability Empowering Advisory Board and will serve as the Principal Advisor for Supply Chain Sustainability.

庄宏耀，前宜家中国可持续发展专家，出任环一可持续发展赋能委员会，供应链可持续发展首席顾问。

Henry Zhuang graduated from the Department of Chemical Engineering at East China University of Science and Technology, possessing a solid theoretical foundation. Previously, he served as a Sustainable Development Officer at IKEA Trading Services (China) Co., Ltd., overseeing social responsibility audits, training, and sustainable development initiatives for several IKEA supply chain suppliers. He promoted sustainable development in the supply chain through audits, training, and providing constructive suggestions to hundreds of suppliers, setting an example for sustainable development in enterprises. Henry not only has extensive experience in social responsibility audits but also remarkable achievements in energy conservation, emission reduction, and environmental protection. He served as the project leader for the IKEA Sweden Textile Industry Water Conservation Project, guiding factories in energy conservation and emission reduction efforts, and receiving awards for outstanding technological achievements.As a senior leader and an expert, Henry Zhuang enjoys a high level of recognition and influence among sustainable development practitioners and in the Shanghai international buyer community. His participation will provide valuable support and guidance to EFC's sustainable development strategy, helping us achieve higher sustainability goals.

庄宏耀先生毕业于华东理工大学化学工程系，拥有扎实的理论基础。他曾在宜家贸易服务（中国）有限公司担任可持续发展专员，负责社会责任审核、培训和可持续发展工作。在宜家，他致力于推动供应链的可持续发展，审核、培训了数百家供应商，并提出了许多建设性的建议。他还组织实施了多批宜家供应商的社会责任管理体系建立和维持工作，为企业的可持续发展树立了典范。庄先生不仅在社会责任审核方面经验丰富，在节能减排和环境保护方面也有着卓越的成就。他曾担任宜家瑞典纺织工业节水项目负责人，指导工厂进行节能减排工作，并获得了科技成果优秀奖。

Liao Liang, Formally KPMG Climate and Sustainability Service Director, was appointed as a member of the EFC Sustainability Empowering Advisory Board and will serve as the Principal Advisor for Sustainability Leadership.

廖亮，前KPMG气候与可持续发展咨询服务总监，出任环一可持续发展赋能委员会，担任可持续发展领导力项目首席顾问。

Liao Liang graduated from Tsinghua University with a bachelor's degree in architectural environment and equipment. He also received a master's degree in construction and environmental engineering from Concordia University in Canada and an MBA from Antai Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

廖亮毕业于清华大学，获建筑环境与设备专业本科学位，同时获得加拿大康考迪亚大学建筑与环境工程硕士以及上海交通大学安泰工商管理硕士。

He has served as the director of KPMG's climate change and sustainable development consulting services in China, and as a director of Cushman & Wakefield's Greater China Sustainable Development Platform. He has customized sustainable development management systems and action roadmaps for many companies and parks, focusing on ESG in the capital market. The disclosure requirements establish ESG strategies and management systems for various functional departments for enterprises. He is particularly good at customizing full-process due diligence systems from ESG strategies to carbon neutral actions for investment and financing, asset management, development and construction, operations management and supply chains in real estate, infrastructure, new energy and other industries.

他曾担任毕马威气候变化及可持续发展咨询服务中国区总监，戴德梁行大中华区可持续发展平台董事岗位，为众多企业和园区定制了可持续发展的管理体系和行动路线图，针对ESG在资本市场的披露要求为企业建立ESG战略和各职能部门的管理体系。他尤其擅长为地产、基建、新能源等行业的投融资、资产管理、开发建设、运营管理和供应链定制从ESG战略到碳中和行动等尽职审核的全流程体系。

Medy Tian, former EHS Director of Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy Asia Pacific, has served as EFC Sustainability Empowering Advisory Board and take a role as Chief Advisor for Sustainable Development and Risk Control.

Medy has over 30 years of experience in sustainable development management and has worked at Siemens, Motorola, Novo Nordisk, and Freescale. She has experience in responsible supply chain management and capability enhancement in the Americas, Europe, and Asia.

田萌，前西门子歌美飒再生能源亚太区EHS总监，出任环一可持续发展赋能委员会，担任可持续发展与风控首席顾问。

她拥有三十余年可持续发展管理经验，曾任职于西门子、摩托罗拉、诺和诺德、飞思卡尔，拥有美洲、欧洲、亚洲的责任供应链管理与能力提升经验。

Harvey Jia, Managing Director of TÜV Thüringen China, was appointed as a member of the EFC Sustainability Empowering Advisory Board.

Harvey is an expert trainer for the SCORE project on sustainable development in enterprises at the United Nations International Labour Organization, and a trainer for the Better Work project at the United Nations International Labour Organization and the World Bank, as well as the expert in corporate governance and supply chain due diligence management at the OECD. He is also a training instructor for the Director of Quality Management Systems at CIQ-IRCA in the UK, and the due diligence management assessment auditor at the London Metal Exchange in the UK.

贾宏伟, TUV特灵顿中国区董事总经理，出任环一可持续发展赋能委员会成员。

Harvey是联合国国际劳工组织企业可持续发展SCORE项目专家培训师，联合国国际劳工组织及世界银行BetterWork项目培训师，经合组织OECD企业治理及供应链尽责管理专家，英国CIQ-IRCA质量管理体系主任审核员培训讲师，英国LME伦敦金属交易所尽责管理评估审核员。
